Late Rally Falls Short as Mason Women Fall to LaSalle 77-65

After being down double digits, the George Mason women’s basketball team staged a late rally, going on an 11-0 fourth quarter run to pull within four, but eventually fell to host LaSalle 77-65 on Wednesday night at Tom Gola Arena in Philadelphia.

The loss drops Mason to 7-14 on the season and 1-7 in Atlantic 10 conference play.

Nicole Cardano-Hillary led the way for Mason with 18 points, followed by Maria Korpinen and Jazmyn Doster with 11 each and Jacy Bolton who contributed 10.
