Delle Donne Named WNBA Eastern Conference Player of the Week

Washington Mystics forward Elena Delle Donne was named Eastern Conference Player of the Week on Monday following a week in which she lead the team to a 3-0 record against the Los Angeles Sparks, Las Vegas Aces and Atlanta Dream. It was the first time this season Delle Donne was named a Player of the Week and the 17th time in her career.

During the week the Mystics went undefeated and Delle Donne averaged almost 20 points and 12 rebounds per game, highlighted by their game against the Aces in which she scored 29 points and pulled down 11 boards.

The Mystics close out their four-game road trip on Wednesday against the Chicago Sky.
