Mystics Roll Over Liberty 94-85

Led by Natasha Cloud’s career-high 26 points, and four other players in double figures, the Washington Mystics rolled over the New York Liberty 94-85 in front of xx fans at the Westchester County Center in White Plains.

The victory lifted the visiting Mystics to their third consecutive win on the season, following an opening night loss. Their 3-1 record puts them tied for third place, percentage points behind league leading Connecticut and Minnesota.

Shatori Walker-Kimbrough finished the game with 15 points, followed by LaToya Sanders with 14 and then Elena Delle Donne and Krist Toliver with 13 each.

The game marked the 17th straight loss for New York dating back to last season, which is the second longest losing streak in WNBA history (Tulsa lost 20 in a row in 2011).

Tina Charles scored 27 points to lead New York.
