MLS: FC Cincinnati Downs Montreal 2-1

FC Cincinnati snapped their seven game winless streak downing the visiting Montreal Impact 2-1 on Saturday afternoon at Nippert Stadium. The game’s first goal, by Allan Cruz at the seven minute mark, snapped the team’s scoreless drought at an incredible 528 minutes, the 6th longest in MLS history. The game also marked the first MLS victory for 29-year old interim manager Yoann Damet.

The game marked the first since the dismissal of former FC Cincinnati coach Alan Koch.
